"The beginning is the most important part of the work"
My name is Florian Naderer, born on July 26, 2000 in Amstetten. As a Project Quality Engineer at CADS GmbH in Perg, I use my skills to create and review the necessary project documentation. In addition, I clarify documents, requirements and more with customers in Germany and America. My professional career began after completing my education at the HTL Waidhofen a. d. Ybbs in the field of electrical engineering.
From May 2022 to August 2023, I worked as a software quality engineer at CADS GmbH. Here I implemented and maintained automated regression tests (C# / Selenium), performed manual tests for newly developed functions of cloud applications and led risk analyses in several project teams. Previously, from August 2020 to March 2022, I worked as a Software Test Engineer at bet-at-home Entertainment GmbH in Linz. There I performed manual tests for new and further developments, especially in the areas of payment and customer management, as well as implemented and maintained automated system tests.
My language skills include German as a native language and English at level B2. In terms of IT skills, I have extensive experience in manual and automated software testing, including the execution of load tests and security tests. In addition, I have knowledge in programming, especially in object-oriented programming.

As a team leader in software testing, I have hired many testers - and Florian is definitely one of the ones with the highest work ethic. Florian was new to software testing when he was hired about 1.5 years ago. Not only has he mastered the entry hurdles - both in exploratory/manual testing and in test automation (Selenium/C#) - but he has also developed into a competent tester. Every team that wants to develop high-quality software needs motivated members like Florian, who tackle things with an agile mindset and the necessary pragmatism. Florian's training and willingness make him ideally suited to working in teams that value cross-functionality, i.e. where people also support each other outside their respective core areas of expertise. And it quickly becomes clear when working with Florian that he is interested in the continuous development of his working methods and those of his team. [Translated to English]
